Product Description

The structural parts of the mobile phone include shell structural parts and internal structural parts. Shell structural parts can be divided into plastic structural parts and metal structural parts. The latter has a small market capacity due to interference with mobile phone signals, which is only about 1/10 of the overall market (according to sales estimates). The plastic structural parts are mainly made of plastic and paint-flavored raw materials (each accounting for about 25% of the cost) through the processes of mold making, injection molding, surface coating, vacuum coating, and other technological technologies.

The internal structural parts of the mobile phone include electromagnetic shielding parts, connectors, mobile phone slide rails, mobile phone antennas, and other subdivided products, mainly made of high-precision copper and high-precision stainless steel, and are made by process technology such as mold making and stamping. The common feature of both is that the precision of the mold is extremely high, reaching the micron level, which belongs to the real precision field in the manufacturing industry.
